Cycle Power Partners completes repower of Cycle Horseshoe Bend Wind October 27, 2021. The repower entailed a partial “guts only” repower of the blades, rotor, gearbox, and generator at a value of approximately $1.5M per tower for a total of approx. $10M total repower construction.
